INTERVIT Company Ltd produces guide rollers and tilting rollers of rolling mills for finishing and prefinishing stands.

Guide rollers installed before forming rolls and serve for directing of rolled metal strictly in roll passes.

Guide rollers, especially at finishing stands, work in extremely hard conditions.

There goes rolled metal with temperatures of 900…1300⁰С and velocity up to 20 m/s

Accordingly, there are high reliability requirements to such parts.

Our guide rollers produced from composite material “Alloy-23” and have a really high wear resistance of working part.

On the finishing stands, a lifetime of our composite rollers (before the re-sharpening) exceeds a lifetime of similar HSS steel rollers in 26…38 times, and TiC rollers – in 2,3…2,6 times.
